Introduction
Smart Traffic Systems is an Australian supplier of parking guidance and car park safety systems, based in Sydney with a second office in Adelaide.
We’re the Australian partner of MSR Traffic — a German manufacturer that has been engineering ultrasonic and magnetic parking sensors for over twenty years. We bring their technology into Australian car parks: designing solutions, supplying hardware, managing installation, and providing long-term service from our local team.
Our work spans shopping centres, hospitals, councils, residential developments, commercial buildings and airports. The brief is always different — a 50-bay heritage building behaves nothing like a 2,000-bay shopping centre — but the goal is the same: help drivers find a space quickly, keep pedestrians safe, and give owners visibility over how their car park performs.

Dynamic visual display which guides motorists to the next available parking spot using digits and directional arrows.
PC Software
Real time monitoring of parking spots for occupancy statistics or profitability analysis.
Pedestrians get a warning of vehicles exiting a car park.
Car Park Height Warning System
Drivers of overheight vehicles get a warning if cars are above the permitted height in a car park.
The warning system for single width narrow driveways ensures cars don’t get stuck and having to reverse out.
